With more than 30 years of experience in orthopedic surgery and medical innovation, Dr. Hoeffel is a recognized expert in joint reconstruction and has served in influential leadership roles such as Global Medical Director at Johnson & Johnson. Today his medical expertise supports Endurance Spine’s mission: helping Veterans gain access to trusted, non-invasive spine care.

He is an independent orthopedic surgeon who works alongside Endurance Spine to help Veterans access personalized, non-invasive care. Dr. Hillock is passionate about supporting Veterans and helping all patients return to active, fulfilling lives through thoughtful, expert care.

Dr. Nwasike a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in minimally invasive spine procedures, disc regeneration, and robotic-assisted treatments. He brings experience in revision surgery and endoscopic techniques designed to restore spinal function. Dr Nwasike partners with Endurance Spine to help relieve Veterans’ low back pain and get them back to living fully, focusing each individual's unique needs and goals.
